Datasensing TLµ-011 Contrast Sensor
TLµ-011
The TLµ-011 is a compact midi contrast sensor designed for detection of registration marks and other printed references on packaging and printing lines. It uses an RGB LED with automatic red/green wavelength selection to maximise contrast on any background, and features microprocessor-based Teach-in configuration via two push-buttons or remote cable. The NPN output is light-/dark-selectable via an internal switch, and an analog output proportional to received light is also available. The sensor is housed in a rugged Zamak metal body with glass optics, rated IP67, and operates from 10–30 V DC.
