PLA2026A
The DCM Sistemes PLA2026A is a compact 260 x 40 x 16 mm high-power linear light projector using high-flux LEDs with the proprietary iBlueDrive driver technology, which integrates the controller and supports continuous, continuous-dimming and strobe modes (47 pps factory preset, adjustable up to 5000 pps via USB) without an external controller. It is available in several wavelengths (UV 365/400 nm, blue 470 nm, green 525 nm, red 630 nm, IR 850 nm and white) and emission angles; power consumption depends on the variant (e.g. 96 W for blue 470 nm medium-angle, 37 W for red 630 nm direct, 24 W for IR 850 nm direct). It runs on 24 VDC, has a black anodized aluminium housing rated IP40, weighs 271 g, and connects via a 3-pin aerial connector on a 150 mm cable, making it well suited to robot-mounted and large-area inspection tasks.
The PLA2026A is a 260 x 40 x 16 mm bar (linear) projector with a 260 x 10 mm active emitting surface, built around high-flux LEDs and DCM's integrated iBlueDrive driver. Because the driver and controller are built in, you do not need a separate strobe controller to run it: out of the box it offers continuous, continuous-dimming and strobe operation, with a 47 pps factory preset that can be reconfigured up to 5000 pps over USB. That makes it a self-contained light bar you can wire directly to a 24 VDC supply (+/-8%) through its 3-pin aerial connector on a 150 mm cable, then trigger or dim as the application demands. A narrow 260 x 10 mm emission band is the defining geometry here: it lays a bright, even stripe of light across a moving web or part rather than flooding a scene, which is exactly what you want for grazing surface illumination or for matching a line-scan field of view.
