A3051MG100E
The iRAYPLE A3051 (3000-Series GigE) is an entry-level area-scan camera using the 1/3.6" onsemi PYTHON480 CMOS sensor with 800x600 resolution, 4.8 x 4.8 um pixels and a global shutter, delivering up to 120 fps at 10-bit depth. It connects over Gigabit Ethernet (GigE Vision V2.0 / GenICam compliant) with up to 100 m cable runs and 64 MB on-board cache for image resend, and supports software, hardware and free-run triggering. The camera uses a C-mount lens interface, is powered by 9-24 VDC via a 6-pin Hirose connector (PoE supported across the series), and weighs 60 g in a 29 x 29 x 29 mm body. ISP features include sharpening, denoising, gamma/LUT, black-level and SPC correction, ROI, binning and decimation.
The iRAYPLE A3051 is an entry-level area-scan camera built on the 1/3.6" onsemi PYTHON480 CMOS sensor: 800 x 600 pixels (0.48 MP, rounded to 0.5 MP on the datasheet) on a 4.8 um square pixel pitch, read out at up to 120 fps with 10-bit depth. The defining trait for an installer is the global shutter. Every pixel is exposed and latched simultaneously, so fast-moving parts on a conveyor, rotating bottles, or indexed pick-and-place targets are captured without the skew or smearing a rolling-shutter sensor introduces. At a true 120 fps this camera is well suited to high-rate triggered inspection where you need a clean, geometrically faithful frame of an object that does not stop. The model splits into a monochrome A3051MG100E and a colour A3051CG000E on the same sensor: mono gives you the full per-pixel sensitivity and contrast that defect detection, OCR/OCV and code reading reward, while the colour variant trades some of that for Bayer colour information when the application depends on it.
